SHIPPING POLICY


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery: 7-20 business days from ship date, depending on destination.

This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Actual delivery times vary based on:

  • Your location
  • Customs clearance (international orders)
  • Postal service efficiency
  • Holidays and peak seasons

Shipping Costs

  • Orders under $50: Calculated at checkout
  • Orders $50+: FREE shipping

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email.

Note: Tracking may take 24-48 hours to activate in the system.


International Orders

Customs & Duties

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These are NOT included in our prices or shipping costs.

We have no control over these fees or how long customs holds your package.

Lost in Transit

Once your package is handed to the shipping carrier, it's out of our hands. We're not responsible for delays or losses caused by postal services or customs.

However: If tracking shows your package is truly lost (not just delayed), contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.


Address Changes

Double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

We cannot change addresses after an order is placed. If shipped to a wrong address you provided, we're not responsible for re-shipping.


Delivery Issues

Package shows "Delivered" but you don't have it:

  • Check with neighbors
  • Check mailroom/reception
  • Contact your local post office with tracking number

We're not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Package damaged in transit:

Email us at hello@vianthe.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement.


What We're NOT Responsible For:

  • Postal service delays
  • Customs delays or fees
  • Lost packages after confirmed delivery
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customer
  • Weather-related delays
  • Holidays slowing down delivery
